Support
The person who wrote the software answers. There is no call centre and no overnight support: we are small, and I would rather tell you now than have you find out on a Saturday at eleven.
Already installed the plugin?
Use the form in the panel, under Settings → Help: it attaches all the technical detail needed to understand the problem, and saves a round of questions.
Not installed yet?
Write to assistenza@prestidigital.it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I really try it before paying?
Yes. Thirty full days, every feature, no credit card. And the free version stays free forever, afterwards too.
Does MyBoxOffice take a cut of the tickets I sell?
Never. You pay the subscription and that is all. The only fees are the bank’s or PayPal’s, and they keep those.
Will it work with my theme?
Yes, with any theme. It uses nothing from the theme and breaks nothing in it: it draws its own sales pages, and there is a panel to change their colours, fonts and spacing without touching code.
I already use another system. Do I lose my customers and history?
No. There is an importer for The Events Calendar, Modern Events Calendar, FooEvents, Tickera and Eventbrite — customers and orders included, which is the part other importers leave behind.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site keeps working with the free plan’s features. Your data stays yours and stays where it is: in your own WordPress.
Who helps me if everything jams on a Saturday night?
Let me start with something that matters more than support: I use this system myself, every week, with a real audience in front of me. Which means I usually hit the faults first — and fix them there and then, because I have people to let in that night too. If something serious does happen, you send a support request from the panel, with everything needed to understand the problem already attached, and the person who wrote the software answers. I reply as quickly as I can, personally. There is no call centre and no overnight support: we are small, and I would rather tell you now than have you find out on a Saturday at eleven.
