Moving from free to a paid plan
The free version never expires and has no end date: you sell tickets, take money and let people in without paying anything. The paid plans add what you need once the venue grows.
How the trial works
Thirty days, every feature, no credit card. Nothing is charged at the end — nothing can be, you never gave us a card. Do nothing and the site simply goes back to the free features.
What happens to your data
It stays where it is. Events, bookings, customers and takings are untouched whether you move up or down: what changes is what you can do, not what you have done.
Changing plan
You move up and down from the panel, under MyBoxOffice → Licence. The difference is worked out on the days remaining, so you never pay twice for the same month.
If you cancel
Your subscription runs to the date you have already paid for. After that the site keeps working on the free features: the public pages stay up and no ticket buyer notices a thing.
