Everything it does, in the order of a show night

Ninety seconds, and you’ll get it

From creating the event to closing the night’s report. No animation, no actors: it is the real panel doing real work.

VIDEO — 90 SECONDS, TO BE RECORDED

Before the night — selling tickets

Put a show on sale in five minutes. Title, date, poster, prices. And if the show repeats, you duplicate it instead of writing it again.

You decide how you get paid

Card, PayPal, or booking with payment at the door. Whoever buys online pays and the seat is theirs; whoever would rather turn up and pay there just books. On card the system shows the right methods for the buyer’s country by itself.

The room as it really is

  • Numbered seats with a map: the buyer picks where to sit
  • Tables, for a venue with dinner or table service
  • Open seating, when nothing is assigned
  • Close-up, for intimate shows where the front rows matter
  • Groups who buy together are seated together automatically

Every price you need

Concessions, under, over, members, groups. Promotions that expire on their own, discount codes, tracked complimentary tickets, season passes, a membership card that applies the discount without anyone having to remember it.

The ticket sends itself

Confirmation email with the ticket and its QR code, receipt, reminder before the show. And if the customer changes their mind, they amend or cancel it themselves from their account — without phoning you.

Show night — the door and the till

8:45 pm, twenty people at the door. Half have the QR on their phone, three can’t remember the name they booked under, two want to buy now, one is a member with no ticket. This is the hour when a system either helps or doesn’t.

Who checks people in

You enable them one by one: the person on the door, the person at the till, you. Each uses their own phone. If there is no signal — and in a theatre there often isn’t — it keeps working and syncs afterwards.

More doors, more tills

Every attendant has their own till and their own summary: at the end of the night you know who took what, without counting by hand.

People who arrive without a ticket

You sell to them right there, from the phone or the desk, with the change worked out for you. Members get in by showing their card.

End of the night

You close the report and you have everything: who came in, who didn’t show, what you took by payment method, what the bar took. One button, and the night is closed.

After the night — bringing people back

The hardest ticket to sell is the first one. The first one sells the second, if somebody takes care of it.

Points that are earned and spent

Every purchase leaves points. Points become tiers, tiers give discounts that apply themselves. Tokens turn into money off the next ticket.

«Bring a friend»

Every customer has their own code: whoever uses it gets a discount, and whoever invited them gets a reward. Neither has to ask you for anything.

At the Salotto Magico, over fourteen years, every registered guest has bought almost eight tickets. That isn’t luck: it is what happens when the person who came once gets asked back.

The venue, not just the sale

This is the part no other plugin has, because no one else ever had to use it for real.

  • Accounting — takings and costs, the bar counted separately, payment fees worked out on their own. You see whether the night made money before doing the books at month end.
  • Artists — agreed fee, calculated on takings or flat, and the signature sheet to print and have signed on the night.
  • Room hire — availability calendar, contract types, extras, quote and confirmation.
  • Staff — shifts, roles, and what the labour costs you each night.

Filling the room — the AI works while you do something else

The problem isn’t putting the show on: it’s that anyone knows about it. And the poster, the post, the story and the newsletter are four jobs nobody has time to do properly every week.

It makes the images and the videos

Give it the title and a photo of the performer: out come the poster, the story and reel formats, the short video, the voice-over. Ready to publish.

It publishes on its own

Facebook and Instagram, at the time you choose. The post knows how many seats are left.

Emails that send themselves

Newsletter, «last seats», reminder the day before, «we’ve missed you» to people who haven’t been in a while, birthday greetings with a discount attached. You write them once and they go out on their own.

It is the only WordPress events plugin that turns your poster into a video and a voice-over as well, and then publishes to Facebook and Instagram by itself.
